Our tips for your application:
Step 1: Written application
Only complete application documents are good application documents. We leave it up to your individual creativity to decide how to compile your documentation.
The general rule is: Quality before quantity – compile your application documents so that they are only as detailed as necessary, and as short and concise as possible.
What your application should include:
- Cover letter: How did you find out about the position/company, and why are you interested? Which areas are you most interested in and why are you looking for this new challenge? Why are you in particular the right person to join our team?
- CV/resume: The main priority is to ensure that your CV is complete and clear. Include all your knowledge and professional experience in your CV. Every activity, every qualification could be important and is therefore worth mentioning.
- Certificates: Qualification certificates, service certificates… decide for yourself what is necessary to present your qualifications in a good light.
Step 2: The interview
Be true to yourself and present yourself as you are, including your strengths and weaknesses. We would like to find out who you are, what is important to you, and the areas you are most interested in for your career. This is the only way that we can find the ideal place for you in our company. It is important to use, because the things we like to do, we do well.
