• Our internal academies with professional presentations by and for employees are by now an accepted instrument for further training – even within the company.
• As an international company, we are hosting a Language Academy twice a year – Russian for example is becoming more popular, in addition to the classic languages. We are also offering German classes for our foreign employees!
• Our Soft Skills Academy offers seminars to improve communication – these are open for every employee, from blue-collar workers to the CEO!
