In the field of automatic systems, special SSI SCHAEFER products are used not only to manage and control the fully automatic transportation of goods, but also to permit automatic order picking, such as the "SCP – Schaefer Case Picking" system.
Standalone software has been developed for this purpose, which is integrated into the relevant control or management system and thus ensures full consistency and transparency in the data flow.

Given below is an overview of special SSI SCHAEFER software products available for operating an SCP system, as well as a brief description of the objective on which the system is based.

The basic aim of this order picking system is to create fully automatic mixed pallets for customers. In this process, the structure of the mixed pallets and the corresponding positioning of the products by the Schaefer Pack Pattern Generator is calculated from the order and article data, based on the following rules.
