Our depalleting device allows high dynamics and high functional safety while handling products carefully and combines the "vacuum multigrip" technology, the vacuum chamber with the mechanical clamping principle, and three proven grip principles.

Highly versatile technology, flexible in usage
Depending on the kind of product you store, order pick and dispatch in your company, the dynamic parameters, such as speed and acceleration, but also the grip parameters of vacuum, air flow and gripping force are adjusted for the product properties. This product data with the allocation of parameterisation is stored on the control system. The counter plate with its sucker cups is also adjusted according to the height of the product.
The functionality
By using the air flow inside the vacuum chamber, intermediate layers - if any - are picked up and then disposed into a prepared container or on a waste belt after positioning the depalleted layer on the vacuum transfer table.
Plastic containers can also be processed easily by using the mechanical clamping principle. The versatility of the gripper renders tool changes unnecessary, even with frequent product changes.
