High availability for a wide range of articles
Our system for buffering, consolidating and sequencing load carriers allows you to order pick your articles efficiently in two stages. In the first stage, you order pick the entire daily demand of an article; either automatically or manually depending on requirements. In the second stage, orders are assembled using our automatic consolidation buffer MERCURY. From there, the delivery packages are palleted manually and/or automatically. This way, you will increase your order picking performance considerably and optimise the processing of outbound goods. The loading sequence of the RC is also freely configurable.

Since the MERCURY system uses trays and containers as load carriers, it is possible to store or buffer virtually any item, regardless of shape and surface. You will also experience a number of additional benefits such as:
